Do you offer an extended warranty?

Whilst the EU standard is 2 years we back up our red light therapy panels with an extended 3 year warranty for your added peace of mind.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment methods including Visa, MasterCard, Klarna, PayPal, Shop Pay and IBAN with QR code.

Can I return a red light panel?

Yes, we offer a 30-day returns policy. As we are have a UK warehouse this is much easier for you than with some of our competitors.

Are the products certified?

Unlike many of our competitors we have our products tested and certified to EN60335-2-27 which is the correct standard for "skin exposure to optical radiation" and required for devices emitting wavelengths above 780nm.
